Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Noble Digital Solutions for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Noble Digital Solutions provides website development, SEO services, mobile app development, website maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in the individual project proposal.
3. Payment Terms
For projects under $500, full payment is required before work begins. For projects between $500 and $2,000, a 50% deposit is required to begin work with the remaining 50% due before launch. For projects above $2,000, payment is split into 40% deposit, 30% at project midpoint, and 30% before launch. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Project Changes
Minor changes within the agreed project scope are included. Major changes or additions to the original scope will be quoted separately and require approval before implementation. Scope changes may affect the project timeline and final cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary content, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays caused by late client responses may affect the project timeline. Noble Digital Solutions is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code and design work created specifically for their project. Noble Digital Solutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party assets such as stock images, fonts, and plugins remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project. Noble Digital Solutions will not share client business information, credentials, or project details with third parties without consent.
8. Website Maintenance
Maintenance plans are provided on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Maintenance plans cover the agreed services as outlined in the plan description. Noble Digital Solutions is not liable for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting providers, or client-made changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Noble Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
